At the Serravalle Park, two days dedicated to nature, healthy food and environmental sustainability It will be possible to discover the excellence of the territory, explore issues related to sustainable agriculture and promote the importance of local producers compared to the large food industry. Above all, it will be a moment dedicated to children, to educate tomorrow’s citizens about healthy food and respect for nature.
At the festival there will be the stands of local producers of the CIA Toscana Centro, which will offer the opportunity to taste and buy typical local products. There will also be educational workshops for children, themed areas dedicated to books and entertainment, as well as moments of discussion on issues related to agriculture and environmental sustainability.

Animation workshops for children and workshops organized by the CIA Toscana Centro which will focus on food education. With the ‘Cheesemaker for a day’ children will be able to imagine themselves in a dairy and create cheese with their own hands, while with ‘Little beekeepers’ they will discover the world of bees. Finally, the “Let’s plant it!” workshop will also be open. and “Herbs and weeds”, in which children can take their first steps into the incredible world of herbs and spices, including food, medical and other uses.
